Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room - upstairs master bedroom has another queen sofabed). Master suite upstairs is locked and is not pictured nor advertised as part of the listing. Tools and electric scooters in garage are for owner’s use and are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
