Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room with additional sofa sleeper. Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.

The entire upstairs is excluded from this listing. We offer this partial rental for groups who don’t need more than 4 beds. Tools in garage are for owner’s use and cabinets are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
